4. Booking and Scheduling

4.1 Service Requests

4.2 Scheduling

7. Warranty and Guarantee

7.1 Installation Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on all installation work and a 24-month warranty on parts and components.

7.2 Manufacturer Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist in warranty claims when applicable.

7.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

Golden Elevators' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:
